AGM 2008
Home Up CLA Game Fair 2008 Yorkshire Game Fair AGM 2008

This year the AGM was held at David Wood's house. With a large rabbit pen, retrieving lane and large areas to hunt, it is a lovely place to hold a training event. There is even a pond - though I am only aware one dog enjoyed using this on a very cold, dark April weekend. Some made use of the Open afternoon the day before the AGM itself .

The day of the AGM continued cold and dismal, though the mood amongst the congregating membership was far more cheerful! As time went on an outstanding amount of members turned up and David's living room and house was soon bursting at the seams. The meeting itself took a fair amount of time , with a general consensus of how to take the Society through the next year. After a super lunch we all rather belatedly went outside to put our Clumbers through their paces - ably helped by the trainers - Roy Ellershaw, Chris Wadsworth and John Bailey.
